3 houses for sale. 1 can be moved. 2 cannot. We would like to sell home 'A' as a whole unit, but if we don't receive a reasonable offer all the houses will be dismantled for salvage .

We are accepting offers starting at $100,000 on house 'A' in it's entirety. If you buy house 'A' in it's entirety, you must move it to your lot at your expense.

If you are interested in purchasing house 'A' in it's entirety, we are setting up a walk through date and time for inspecting the home. As we are interested in accommodating serious buyers only, a $50 fee 'per potential buyer' will be charged for this preview. The tentative date and time for the walkthrough is 2:00pm, Sunday, November 14th 2004.

You must contact us by email to let us know if you would like to preview house 'A' and to get details.

If we receive no acceptable offer for house 'A' in it's entirety on or before November 14th, we will offer house 'A' for sale using option 1.

If no reasonable offer is tendered under option 1, we will resort to option 2 for the salvaging of house 'A'.

Options

1) Offers will be taken for the entire house 'A' to be salvaged on the site by a time certain and anything left behind will be piece-salvaged by us. If no reasonable offers are made under this option then we will resort to option 2.

2) We will piece-salvage house 'A' on site on sales dates TBA.

Terms of sale for salvaging of houses 'B' and 'C'

1) Offers will be taken individually for houses 'B' and 'C' to be salvaged by a time certain, separately on their respective sites. Anything left behind will be piece salvaged by us. If no reasonable offers are made under this option then we will resort to option 2.

2) We will piece salvage houses 'B' and 'C' on their individual sites on sale days and times TBA.

LANDSCAPING

Landscaping plants and materials will have different sales days from those for all the houses. We will accept offers for each site in it's entirety. If no acceptable offer is tendered, we will set up sales dates for each site. Dates are TBA.

METHOD OF SALE

Method of sale will be cash for purchases under options 1 or 2. For the purchase of house 'A' in it's entirety, the method of payment will be arranged with that particular buyer.
