Terms of sale for salvaging of Houses 'B' and 'C'

1) Offers will be taken individually for houses 'B' and 'C' to be salvaged by a time certain, separately on their respective sites. Anything left behind will be piece salvaged by us. If no reasonable offers are made under this option then we will resort to option 2.

2) We will piece salvage houses 'B' and 'C' on their individual sites on sale days and times TBA.

LANDSCAPING

SALE THIS WEEKEND

Landscaping plants and materials will have different sales days from those for all the houses. We will accept offers for each site in it's entirety. If no acceptable offer is tendered, we will set up sales dates for each site. Landscaping sales for Houses B and C will be Saturday November 20th from 12:00 noon to 3:30pm for House C and Sunday November 21st from 12:30pm to 4:00pm for House B. All sales final. Cash only. You dig. First come first sold.
